Five years ago, we were a family who loved Disney. Now we're a family obsessed with hosting other families having their first Disney moments.
We bought our first home in Kissimmee in 2020 — a screen-enclosed-pool place we thought we'd visit a few times a year. We did. And then friends started asking if they could stay. Then friends of friends. Within a year we were running it like a small inn — handling the check-ins, keeping the kitchen stocked, and running the books ourselves.
Five years and a dozen homes later, the formula is the same: treat every booking like a family staying with us. Walk through before they arrive. Stock what they need. Answer the phone when they call. Send them off with a list of where to eat. That's the whole thing.
